Whilst anxiously awaiting his girlfriend’s decision about a certain life-changing matter, he has to accompany his first ever clients: Michael and Gordon. Two Chinese businessmen who have come to Barcelona with the aim of closing, in under 48 hours, a multi-million dollar contract with an American magnate. They’(🕘)ll help each other, as they set out together on a journey to the edge, in a world in which dreams wander like an ownerless dog, pistols and prostitutes don’t do what they’re meant to do, and the questions have yet to find answers. But as long as there’s a reasonable amount of blood, then there’s nothing to worry about. Brij Mohan (36), a hosiery shop owner in a busy Delhi market, desperately wants to change his life. He is fed up of his ball-crusher wife and mounting debts. In order to escape his wretched life, he changes his appearance and adopts a new identity as Amar Sethi, but ends up committing a botched up murder. He runs off with his young girlfriend, hopeful of making a new beginning. Instead, as luck would have it, he finds himself trapped in a web of his own Karma. When everything comes crashing down, two destructive siblings are trying to maintain a balanced psyche. A young girl with a special gift struggles to overcome a mob boss' influence over her family in this dark Dust Bowl fantasy, inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's "The Little Mermaid." Konstantin, a songwriter and master guitarist, runs away from numerous problems to the nature reserve Mikhailovskoye. Kostantin has long lost any way of income and has almost given up hope to be heard, living by sheer inertia and often drawing on alcohol. Loosely following a traditional Passover Seder, events from the Book of Exodus are retold by Moses, Aharon, the Angel of Death, Jesus, and the director's own father. But there's another side to this story: that of the Goddess, humankind's original deity. Seder-Masochism resurrects the Great Mother in a tragic struggle against the forces of Patriarchy.
